Sales of cars in China last year exceeded the sales in the U.S. market for the first time. The increase was driven by the incentives that the Government of China sales rose 46 percent from next year. The number of cars sold in China reached 13.6 million units.

Car sales is one of the important economic indicators. Previously, exports have surpassed China also exports to Germany have been the country’s number one world exporter. China’s export value reached 1.2 trillion U.S. dollars, while Germany is only 1.17 trillion U.S. dollars. China’s export goods is more diverse, although not a sophisticated goods such as high-tech goods exports from Germany.

In December last, car sales in China rose rapidly, almost 92 percent from a year earlier to 1.41 million units. According to data from China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM) which was issued in Beijing, Tuesday (12/1/2010). Record sales in China last year coincided with the lowest sales in the U.S. since 1982. When the financial crisis was spread and cause a decrease in the rate of the economy that makes the purchasing power of consumers in the United States weakened.
